Cerinella is a family-run hotel situated in the Maremma countryside between the hot springs of Terme di Saturnia and Monte Amiata.
The young chef Sacha Naldi has inherited the hotel and the restaurant from her grandparents and has carried out the task of developing the concept of Km 0 sustainable cuisine, using local organic products, for a 360° well-being holiday.
Pasta, cakes, jams, are all homemade, the vegetables come from our own garden, cheeses and meats are locally produced by organic farming and bread is made by us with organic wheat flour and baked in a wood oven. Our restaurant propose traditional Tuscan cuisine, vegan, and vegetarian.
